Effective March 2024, The Merchant Services account will be with Quickbooks to allow for online payments to be made to Magic Landings Association Inc. A unique link will be required so please email the association at cam.magichoa@gmail.com
Assessments payable to Magic Landings Association:
HOA Assessment is $760 per year, payable quarterly beginning on January 1st ($190) - April 1st ($190.00) - July 1st ($190.00) - October 1st ($190.00). There is a late fee of $25 after the 5th of the month of the quarter and delinquent accounts charge of 18% interest per year (1.5% per month) on outstanding balances. Payment for 6 months ($380) or yearly ($760) can be made.

No cash will be accepted. Please make a money order instead if you do not posses personal checks.

Do not forget to include the house address on the memo section of the check.
For ONLINE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS**:
1- You will receive an email with your invoice.
2- You will click on the link provided.
3- Accepted Payments from: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
Customer ID: Your home and the first two letters of the street name.
Automatic ACH payments and Debit and Credit card payments will have an additional convenience fee of 3.5% per transaction.
